Terms of Service
Last updated: May 3, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Deep Pixels, Pixel GPT, MC Texture-pack GPT, and related image generation, editing, hosting, workflow, account, and payment features.
By creating an account, buying a plan, generating content, uploading content, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy.
1. Service
Deep Pixels provides tools for AI-assisted Minecraft-style texture generation, pixel-art creation, image editing, workflow automation, hosting, and related creative utilities. Features may change as the service evolves.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password and account tokens secure, and for all activity under your account. Do not share account access or attempt to bypass account, profile, quota, or billing limits.
3. Legal acceptance at signup
Creating an account requires explicit acceptance of these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Registration requests that do not include that acceptance are refused.
4. Generated content and licenses
You are responsible for prompts, uploads, references, generated images, edits, downloads, and any project that uses them. Do not upload or generate content that infringes another person's rights or violates applicable law.
Free users may not use generated images or derivatives for commercial purposes unless a separate written permission applies. Paid users receive the commercial-use rights attached to their active plan, except that generated images may not be used to train, fine-tune, or build competing AI models or datasets.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use automated scripts, bots, scraping, or bulk generation to bypass normal human usage patterns or service limits.
- Create multiple accounts, spoof profiles, rotate devices, or manipulate cookies to evade quotas, bans, pricing, or abuse protections.
- Attack, probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service, servers, queues, APIs, storage, or networks.
- Upload malware, illegal content, infringing content, hateful or abusive content, or content that violates another person's rights.
- Resell account access, share paid access for concurrent use, or misrepresent generated content as officially endorsed by Deep Pixels or any third party.
6. Fair usage
Plans that describe large, high, or unlimited usage remain subject to fair and reasonable use. Sustained excessive activity, queue abuse, abnormal automation, account sharing, or infrastructure strain may result in throttling, warnings, suspension, or termination.
7. Payments and refunds
Paid features may require payment before use. Fees, credits, limits, and billing methods can change. Unless required by law or explicitly stated at checkout, fees are non-refundable once paid features, credits, or generation capacity have been delivered or used.
8. Enforcement and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for the service or other users, abused quotas, or used the service unlawfully. Severe abuse may be handled without prior warning.
9. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided as is and as available. AI output can be wrong, low quality, delayed, unavailable, or inappropriate. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific results, or that generated content is suitable for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deep Pixels is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material updates may be announced on the site or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
12. Contact
