Last updated: May 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Deep Pixels handles personal data when you use Pixel GPT, MC Texture-pack GPT, and related account, generation, editor, hosting, workflow, and payment features.
1. Data we collect
- Account data, such as email address, password hash, account token, registration date, plan state, credits, and account settings.
- Profile and anti-abuse data, such as cookies, profile tokens, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device information, storage identifiers, session identifiers, and technical fingerprints used to prevent abuse and duplicate-account circumvention.
- Content data, such as prompts, uploaded reference images, generated images, workflow graphs, artifacts, image collections, metadata, and editor/project data you choose to create or store.
- Usage data, such as generation requests, queue state, model choices, logs, errors, feature usage, and performance information.
- Support and communication data, such as messages you send through contact channels or email.
2. Why we use data
- To create and secure accounts, authenticate users, maintain profile continuity, and deliver paid or free features.
- To generate, edit, store, display, download, and manage images, workflows, artifacts, collections, and account content.
- To prevent abuse, fraud, automated overuse, quota bypass, duplicate-account abuse, security attacks, and service disruption.
- To process payments, credits, entitlements, support requests, service notices, and operational messages.
- To debug, improve, and measure the reliability, performance, safety, and quality of the service.
3. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies, local storage, session storage, and cache storage to keep you signed in, remember profile tokens, preserve drafts, prevent abuse, and provide core site functionality. Blocking these technologies may prevent account registration, login, generation, or profile continuity from working correctly.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers that help operate hosting, storage, payments, email, analytics, security, and infrastructure. We may also disclose data if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to investigate abuse.
5. Generated and uploaded content
Generated images, uploaded references, workflows, and artifacts may be stored so you can view, download, edit, and manage them. Public or shared features may expose content you choose to publish or make public.
6. Retention
We keep data as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security and abuse controls, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion, but some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal reasons.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to certain processing of your personal data. To make a request, contact us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No system is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials private.
9. Children
The service is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal data from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it.
10. International processing
Data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material updates may be announced on the site or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated policy.
